A key is a device that can open or unlock doors. In your spiritual life, a key of understanding can do the same. As Moses is on his way to Egypt to deliver God’s people, he forgets the “key of understanding” which is needed to open the gates of deliverance. Do you ever do the same?
Fortunately, #Moses wife, #Zipporah, saves Moses from destruction and ultimately becomes a major factor in the Hebrews’ deliverance. This week, Pastor David will continue the sermons series: “Rediscovering the Father.” Let us learn this week not just from the life of Moses, but also from the testimony of Zipporah—a woman who understands the importance of the firstborn. “And it came to pass on the way, at the encampment, that the Lord met him and sought to kill him. Then Zipporah took a sharp stone and cut off the foreskin of her son and cast it at Moses’ feet, and said, “Surely you are a husband of blood to me!” So He let him go. Then she said, “You are a husband of blood!”–because of the circumcision.” #Exodus 4:24-26
