The book of Hosea is a powerful representation of the everlasting love the Father has for His people Israel. To illustrate this point, God-the Father instructs Hosea to marry a harlot named Gomer. Despite her adultery, Hosea is to stand by her and love her waiting for her return. What a powerful representation of God’s endearing love towards all people who have sought other gods. He waits for your return!

This week, Pastor David continues the sermons series on “Rediscovering the Father.” Let us learn how the Father has sought a bride for His Son the Bridegroom. This will culminate in the great Wedding Feast of the Lamb fully restoring man’s’ relationship to the Father through the Bridegroom!

“Then the Lord said to me, “Go again, love a woman who is loved by a lover[ and is committing adultery, just like the love of the Lord for the children of Israel, who look to other gods and love the raisin cakes of the pagans”… For the children of Israel shall abide many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred pillar, without ephod or teraphim. Afterward the children of Israel shall return and seek the Lord their God and David their king. They shall fear the Lord and His goodness in the latter days.” Hosea 3: 1-4
