The most frequent title given to Jesus in the Gospels is the Son of Man. Eighty-one times the term is used, and it appears to be the term that most enrages the Establishment. Son of Man in Biblical Hebrew can be translated as “people” or “person”. But here, in the Gospels, Jesus refers to himself as THE Son of Man—emphasizing The. This slight difference sets this man out from the rest of mankind. This week, Pastor David will return to our sermons series on The Times and Life of Jesus. We will be learning how this usually overlooked title of Jesus impacts His ministry and your life by analyzing the texts in which Jesus was familiar.

“I saw in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven there came one like a son of man, and he came to the Ancient of Days and was presented before him. And to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him;
his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed.” Daniel 7:13-14 #Revival #BristolBorough #buckscounty #philly #awakening #jesus #bristolhope
