This week we continue our sermon series on the culture of heaven. What role does education play in our society? How does it affect our view of heaven, the world and our place in time?
The “Factory” mentality of education in the world and in the Church, encourages blind obedience to the view of the majority. Its goal: to create workers and obedience.
The culture of heaven is more likened to the “Art Studio.” The “Art Studio” encourages people to innovate, think, and create. Think for yourself, yes through the guidance from Brothers and Sisters, but always going to the throne room of heaven for the answers.
“The Bereans received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.” Acts 17: 11.
